Job Description

We are looking for an independent and resourceful person to handle our online order fulfillment process, improve our marketing communications and perform some basic data entry.

This permanent position also offers an opportunity to learn about e-commerce and online marketing. We are open to both full or part time basis.

E-Commerce Order Fulfillment

  • Graphic design for marketing collaterals (Photoshop / Canva)
  • Manage online order fulfillment (Shopee, Lazada and website)
  • Create new product listings online
  • Invoicing customers

Marketing

  • Design e-newsletters
  • Product photography and editing
  • Planning and writing blog posts

Data Entry / Misc

  • Other ad hoc general / admin duties as required
  • Customer service / Emailing

Skills Required

  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Basic knowledge of design software (Adobe Photoshop / Canva)
  • Able to multi-task
  • Comfortable to rotate among tasks, which is typical in a Small Medium Enterprise business
