We have partnered with Common Man Coffee Roasters, who roast a unique blend of beans consisting of Brazilian and Colombian blends specifically for Fraser Street Brothers. This blend results in a tropical, nutty flavor with a dark chocolate finish that is truly one-of-a-kind.

Position Summary:
The Restaurant Supervisor - Multi-Outlet Operations at Thirty8 Concepts Pte Ltd will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our cafe and potentially a night concept, supervising staff, maintaining exceptional service standards, and contributing to the growth and success of our restaurants. This role demands a hands-on approach, attention to detail, and a commitment to creating memorable dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outlet Management:
- Take ownership of the cafe's daily operations, ensuring high-quality food and beverage service during breakfast and lunch hours.
- Potentially develop and manage a new night concept, including menu development, staffing, and overall operations.
- Monitor and uphold the standards for cleanliness, organization, and safety in both outlets.
2. Staff Supervision and Training:
- Recruit, train, and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to enhance the team's efficiency and customer service skills.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, leading by example and promoting a culture of teamwork and professionalism.
3. Customer Service:
- Ensure guests receive exceptional service, resolving any guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Implement customer feedback and make continuous improvements to enhance the overall dining experience.
4. Inventory and Budget Management:
- Manage inventory levels for food, beverages, and supplies, ensuring appropriate par levels and minimizing waste.
- Assist in controlling operational costs while maintaining high-quality standards and improving profitability.
5. Menu and Quality Control:
- Collaborate with the chef and kitchen team to maintain high food quality and presentation standards.
- Participate in menu planning, design, and execution, reflecting customer preferences and market trends.
6. Health and Safety Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and sanitation practices.
- Implement safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
7. Reporting and Record-Keeping:
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and employee schedules.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the management team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in restaurant management, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant supervisory or management experience.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a diverse team.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Food safety certification is a must
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- A passion for food, service, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
