This Is Grain – Video Producer

Taking projects from development through delivery with a sound head, the Producer is an understated diamond in the industry.

The Producer makes things happen, supporting the team whilst being the voice of reason for the clients. 

You have an uncanny ability to take apart briefs and put them together with our in-house creatives to produce stunning pitches for the company, coherently.

You will develop and manage existing and prospective relationships with clients and work your magic to produce gold from available resources.

To fly, you should have a sense of wonder, be highly organized and detailed and are able to handle multiple projects at once. 

You should have acute taste and know what ‘it’ is. You are result-oriented and like people. 

If you have post-production experience, that’ll be a bonus. 

We’re a close knit team and we help each other. We don’t work like other companies, so it’s important to be a real, genuine, team player.
