Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Arrange staff for full medical examination
  • Arrange annual food handler medical check-up
  • Printing staff pass
  • Collect and update the medical claim
  • Send document to management for approval
  • Update and manage employee records are updated real time accurately
  • Maintain and update employee’s personal files, and ensure the confidentiality of all HR documents.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new hires (e.g assignment of office seating & extension line, printing of name cards, conduct office tour, assign staff pass, register thumbprint, issuing uniform)
  • Manage employee travel, accommodation arrangement and payment
  • Raise purchase requisition via system for any HR department related order
  • Acquire and maintain office furnishing, equipment and supplies in according to the budget
  • Maintain records of office staffs/visitor access passes, drawer key, cupboard key and vehicles key
  • Update and maintain office contact name list & seating floor plan
  • Collections of mails from letterbox, sorting and distribution to intended recipient’s department
  • Distribute the efax to particular department staff
  • Handling phone calls promptly in the Company’s manner and ensuring telephones calls are directed accordingly to specific person/team at all times
  • Keep track on company vehicles
  • Provide administrative support to the company
  • Other ad hoc duties as required
