CONTEXT OF THE ROLE
Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, the HR Intern - Marketing & Communications, will act as a support to the HR function and will be an active contributor in a wide range of HR activities. This will involve providing support on internal HR communications and activities within the organisation and externally, in building Thunes brand as an Employer of Choice, etc. You will also get a chance to participate in a host of HR projects. This is a great opportunity for undergraduates who would like to combine their interests in HR and Marketing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Internal
- Provide support in internal communications e.g. Internal newsletter, promotion of HR initiatives like employee engagement, Officevibe, health and wellness, etc.
External
- Create content around Thunes employer value proposition through articles, whitepaper, press releases, engaging videos, etc.
- Support Talent Acquisition team by executing attractive job postings, social media, LinkedIn postings, recruitment campaigns, recruitment fairs, etc.
- Assists to initiate, plan and implement people-related/engagement activities
- Any other projects assigned by the HR team
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

- Undergraduate preferably pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, Marketing or HR
- Strong communication skills, exceptional written skills
- Preferably experience with video editing and design software
- Creative problem solver, able to think out of the box, with the ability to deliver results
- Driven to deliver personal best
- Independent with ability to work under pressure and manage priorities
- Strong attention to details
- Tech savvy with minimally intermediate competence in Word, Excel and Powerpoint
