The Admin Intern will play a central role at tickled Media, assisting with daily tasks and working across all areas of the business,
Admin
Work closely with Operations Manager and VP Sales on a daily basisHandle incoming and outgoing mail items
Answer incoming phone calls
Arrange and liaise with couriers as needed
In charge of ordering office supplies
Photocopying and filing of required documentation
Liaise with landlord for any issues that crops up with the office
Sales
Assisting Sale team with various daily tasksInvoicing
Phone calls
Chasing clients for details
Social media updates
other ad hoc duties
