Marketing Internship at Time Out Singapore
Internship Availability Period: January to March 2020
Duration: 3 months minimum
Reporting to: Head of Sales, Time Out Singapore
Job Scope:
- Work with Time Out commercial team, editorial team, and clients to coordinate advertising campaigns through organising and scheduling bookings, facilitating materials and setting up orders
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient campaign management
- Develop post campaign reports and analyse statistics across Time Out platforms
- Assist in proposal decks (research)
- Assist in all marketing-related activities including events planning, sourcing vendors and overseeing general logistics, manning giveaways/readers where relevant
- Assist with magazine distribution strategy and build list of venues for placements, push brand visibility
