Job Description

The Sales & Marketing Coordinator will report to and work closely with the Senior Account Director of Sales. He or she will also support Account Manager(s).

Job Description 

·         Responsible for managing Sales team's clientele list

·         Providing on-going maintenance to ensure Sales contacts remain updated and relevant

·         Coordinating and monitoring advertisers’ campaign and content engagement with Time Out Singapore's platform(s)

·         Coordinating the creative flow of artwork from clients and internal dissemination for both Print and Digital platforms

·         Assisting to source sales leads and contacts, as well as researching content, advertising material and tools for customer engagement

·         Coordinating the development of in-house content for advertisers

·         Working alongside other department(s) of Time Out Singapore to distribute advertisers’ content that supports the Sales teams’ goals

·         Assisting the Sales team in all aspects of account ownership, including driving business, managing the sales cycle as well as meeting or exceeding quota goals.

·         Assisting to manage Managers’ client accounts within Singapore, and developing new revenue opportunities for Time Out Singapore within targeted industry accounts

·         Supporting the Sales function by filtering incoming opportunities and allocating them to relevant Sales representatives within Time Out Singapore

·         Maintaining Sales-related data in Time Out Singapore internal systems and effectively utilise various avenues for prospecting

Requirements

·         Diploma Holder

·         Team player

·         Well-present, excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English

·         Good intra- and inter-personal skills

·         Resilient, hands-on individual with the ability to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced environment

·         Creative mindset and initiative to bring fresh perspectives on workflow processes

·         Minimal commitment of 3 – 6 months
