Role and responsibilities
- Customer service, cashiering and processing of returns
- Involve in checking, tagging and displaying of stock
- Handle stock control and management
- Assist with store housekeeping
- Provide advice and guidance on product selection to customers
- Be updated with special promotions and putting up displays
Pre-requisites
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ Levels and above
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in retail or/and customer service
- Possess friendly and engaging personality
- Physically fit as may be required to lift large amounts of stock
- Fast learner, motivated and customer-centred
- Team player with strong integrity
- Able to work on Shift Hours, Weekends and Public Holidays
