Summary
As Talent Acquisition Associate you will play a crucial role by recruiting the best talent to achieve organizational effectiveness and overall business targets. You will be supporting the People function ("Teamvio"), by advancing initiatives in Employee Engagement & Experience, Organisational Design, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Onboarding, as well as Rewards and Retention. You'll develop meaningful people processes, systems, policies, and initiatives. This role reports directly to the Talent Acquisition Lead and CEO. The ideal candidate is someone who is highly motivated with a never-say-die attitude, exhibiting strong teamwork, critical thinking, and emotional intelligence.
Responsibilities
- Champion company culture and values while partnering with our management to help them build and develop the organization
- Drive local hiring initiatives and oversee an aggressive headcount hiring plan (internships to senior leadership roles)
- Ensure coordination and facilitation of new hire orientation programs (onboarding) to create a positive soft-landing experience for employees and emphasize the importance of our core commitments
- Assist in key initiatives and projects with Teamvio and other stakeholders in the business
Qualifications
- Undergraduate Bachelors degree in Business Management, Human Resource, or Social Sciences
- Detailed oriented, ability to multitask, good time management, independent self-starter, and solid problem solving skills
- Collaborative, influential, and exceptional interpersonal communication skills
- Native English speaker with basic fluency in 1-2 other regional languages
- Bonus: Prior experience in both internal and external talent acquisition
