Reporting to the Group Bar Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality service to the customers in the following area:
- Taking food and beverage orders for customers
- Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and patrons.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety of the bar area.
- Recommend drinks to customers based on their needs and preferences.
- Respond to customer’s feedback and provide necessary recovery action when required.
Requirements:
- At least one (01) year of relevant experience would be advantageous for the role; candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply as well
- Candidates who are able to contribute to the restaurant individually and as a team player with minimal supervision
