Job Description
Are you an enthusiastic, driven and hands-on team player? Then you are the right candidate for Toast!
- Primary responsibilities include handling remittance transactions processing, attending to customers’ queries and onboarding new customers to our platform/app.
- 1st point of contact to represent our company to provide top class customer service to our customers
- Maintain proper company’s internal documentation according to internal controls.
- Compile key business statistics – (i.e. User growth Rate, Monthly active users, Revenue, Cost, Profit) for preparation of accounting purposes and key reporting purposes
- Handle day-to-day admin tasks such as quotations, billings, invoices, payments, accounts, claims, and payments.
- Responsible for daily incoming and outgoing documents. Includes filing, printing, scanning, storing for record purposes. Manage document delivery with couriers
- Manage office supplies & office equipment maintenance
- Manage incoming emails, phone calls, walk in visitors / customers
- Assist in transaction processing, payment details to agents and other transaction related tasks
- Data entry and other Ad - Hoc duties
