Job Description

As a Marketing Intern at Tongle, you will assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns, managing content across various platforms, and supporting efforts to enhance brand awareness and engagement. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media, content creation, and event planning.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Content Creation & Social Media Management: Help create and manage content for social media, email newsletters, and the website to drive brand visibility and engagement.
  • Brand Positioning & Communication: Contribute to crafting brand messaging and maintaining consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Event Promotion: Assist in promoting mental health workshops and corporate training programs, supporting the development of promotional materials.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Help track campaign performance and engagement metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align efforts with company objectives and marketing goals.
  • Ad-hoc Tasks: Assist with other marketing tasks and special projects as needed to support the team.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content management tools is a plus.
