Who Are We ?

Tongle was established as a company that focuses on improving everyone’s mental wellness by challenging the negative stigma and encouraging mental health literacy through unique, creative, and scientifically proven ways. We do this via a community approach, moving from just awareness to action as this movement equips individuals to self-care for themselves first before providing peer support to people around them. 

We approach and establish collaborations with corporate organizations and NGOs, by providing workshops and programmes that focus on the mental well-being of their team. These events are tailored to suit the respective companies’ needs by working closely with the in-house team responsible. 

Additionally, we also have our Tongle Clubhouse, which functions as a mental health gym. As a member, you are entitled access to the Clubhouse and its facilities 24/7, and even schedule an appointment with the in-house psychologist. Various activities such as board game nights, karaoke, movie nights and support groups are also readily prepared for Tongle members!

Job Description

Assist Senior Manager in:

  • Identifying industry and channel-specific need gaps and opportunities
  • Performing and presenting competitor analysis for new programmes/services
  • Leveraging on customer and competitor/market data insights to identify opportunities and substantiate plans
  • Supporting the creation and presentation of new ideas including but not limited to the ‘Go to Market’ launch, sell-in and growth plans
  • Liaising with Marketing/Creative for design, distribution and implementation of wellness initiatives
  • Identifying/Liaising with retreat/event partners for wellness content distribution at festivals, events, conferences and so on.
  • Creating ad-hoc reports for the revenue/sales and costs
  • Providing administrative and logistical support, including organizing meetings and conference calls with potential partners, staff, and within the BD team
  • Writing BD-related materials including marketing one-pagers, briefs, etc
  • Contributing to quality of written content including proofreading, formatting, and editing documents
