Core Responsibilities:
- Work with Principals of agency brands and follow through on the required sales and marketing plans
- Engage in regular meetings and communications with Sales team to track sales and growth
- Plan and manage inventory forecast, ordering and stock holdings
- Generate reports to track business progress
- Ensure claims and reimbursements are submitted timely
Periodic Duties:
- Execute daily sales operations.
- Issue Purchase Orders to ensure stock hold requirements are met.
- Handle monthly claims and reporting requirements.
- Execute marketing activities such as promotions, price changes, trade related activities.
- Work with external vendors for development and execution of marketing materials & campaigns
- Monitor trade and competitor activities
Candidate Requirements:
- Min. Diploma or Degree holder with 2 years of relevant working experience preferred.
- A team player who is able to multi-task and strive in a fast-paced environment.
- A good communicator who is well versed in English (both written and spoken).
- Able to work independently and take initiative.
- Have an eye for details.
