I am a HR contractor specializing in Employee Experience, currently working on projects for Funding Societies, Southeast Asia’s largest SME digital financing and debt investment platform. They specialise in short-term financing for SMEs, funded by individual and institutional investors.
I am looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern (Singaporean/PR only) to work directly with me for a 3-month period. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the HR field and contribute to meaningful projects.
You will be employed by my company, Torpha Pte. Ltd, and will be working closely with me on projects for my clients.
I am seeking a Singaporean/PR fresh graduate who is passionate about pursuing a career in Human Resources, with a focus on employee experience. As an HR Intern, you will work on a variety of projects that aim to enhance workplace environments and employee engagement. Must be based in Singapore, but this is a fully remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and implement workplace design and office relocation projects
Assist with policy writing
Research and implement Remote Workers engagement initiatives
Design and analyze employee surveys
Develop and execute employee award programs
Research HR trends and best practices
Support other ad-hoc employee experience initiatives and administrative tasks
Qualifications:
Fresh graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Interest in pursuing a career in HR
Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
Must be Singaporean/PR
Ideally starting in early August
