Job Description

 

  • Send emails on overdue invoices to customers. Potentially this task can be on a daily basis.
  • Prepare and release the daily overdue invoices report. This task requires close coordination with Credit, Finance, Treasury, Back Office, Accounting and Commercial Teams.
  • Perform daily credit excess validation.
  • Generate and release the weekly position and trading limits report.
  • Assist Credit Analyst in preparing the monthly credit meeting slides.
  • Assist Credit Analyst in generating various credit-related reports.
  • Assist Credit Analyst in creating customer and vendor accounts in SAP.
  • Help draft credit approval memos.
  • Explore Power BI as a tool to produce various types of credit reports.

 

Requirements:

  • Pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Accountancy or equivalent qualifications.
  • Possess initiative and positive/can-do attitude. Meticulous and eye for details are essential.
  • Ability to adapt to foreign cultures and possess an international mind-set.
  • Analytical.
  • Able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines under time pressure.
  • Logical report writing skills and proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
