Recruitment Officer (Part-time)
Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Recruitment Officer to join our team. As a Recruitment Officer, you will be responsible for conducting interviews, screening candidates, and ensuring the efficient recruitment process. You will work closely with the line manager to understand hiring requirements and source potential candidates. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to effectively interact with candidates and build positive relationships. This position requires a keen eye for identifying promising candidates and shortlisting them for further consideration. Additionally, you must have a good understanding of our company's background and hiring criteria to align candidates with the organization's goals.
Responsibilities:
- Guide candidates throughout the recruitment process, answering their inquiries and providing necessary information.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and fit for the positions.
- Ensure all interview sessions are conducted in a fair, objective, and consistent manner.
- Utilise strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates.
- Identify potential candidates who meet the desired criteria and shortlist them for further evaluation.
- Understand the company's background and hiring requirements to align candidates with organisational goals.
- Adhere to confidentiality and data privacy principles, ensuring the security and protection of candidate information.
- Any other Ad-Hoc duties
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Candidate who are bi-lingual will be at an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of confidentiality and data privacy principles
- Resourceful, hands on and self-driven with a high degree of professional integrity
- Willing to work on weekends (5 days work week)
Position Details:
- Salary: $11.50 per hour
- Working hours: Minimum 25 hours per week (5 days work week)
- Shift hours:
- AM shift: 10 am to 3 pm
- PM shift: 3 pm to 8 pm
