Job Description
Sales & Marketing Support - Intern / Temp / Contract
- Follow key accounts / clients through efficiently responding to prepare presentations
- Support key account completion including sourcing/ liaising with external vendors, coordinating with operations for timely delivery of projects, sales tracking and documentation, and scheduling
- Prepare media proposals for clients’ consideration. Organize and conduct presentations to potential and existing customers
- Produce creative narratives and pull marketing programs for TPM key assets including write-ups for social marketing activities such as SEO articles and Linkedin with pre-agreed KPI
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Passion for technology and communications in advertising.
- Use of communications tools such as Whatsapp/ Viber; WordPress and various social media tools. Highly proficient in MS Office tools
- Good time management skills and resourceful
- Able to speak and write proficiently in English.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently as well as part of a team in a constantly evolving and fast-paced environment
- Visit project sites and regional offices to support TPM’s international media business alliances and partnership activities with clients and vendors
