Tradeocean is an importer and distributor of Mud Crabs to restaurants in Singapore for the past 7 years. Over the years we have had more and more walk-in customers getting mud crabs from our stall at Bedok South Road, and feedback has been great. We have also been selling our crabs online at tradeocean.sg for the past 3 years.
As part of our business strategy we have created a new brand, FatCrab, which is slated to launch in the 2nd quarter of 2020.
The vision of FatCrab is to be the most recognised and trusted crab brand in Singapore. Our mission is to provide crab-lover chefs with the best crabs and spice up their family gatherings with a shiok crab experience!
The FatCrab brand is one that represents trustworthiness, friendliness, and having an adventurous and fun spirit.
If you have a background in design, are a creative person, and love crabs, we want you to join in the fun!
A big part in the initial phase of our brand launch is creating relevant and purposeful content to attract our ideal customers and show the world the personality of our brand.
Our main activities include:
1) Education; to be known as a crab expert, building trustworthiness, providing educational info to our audience
2) Provide Cooking Inspiration: Sharing recipes among the crab loving community
3) As a fun brand: what fun ideas/ content/ videos can we come up with relating to crabs? Let's brainstorm!
We will need help with Design, editing of photos and videos for our social media posts and website blog. We aim to build up a wide database of content which we will share on the relevant platforms as part of the overall marketing plan.
