Human Resource Intern (Part-time Available)

• Assist with recruitment process such as job postings on job portals, screening of candidates, initial interview and interview arrangements.
• Participate in planning of company events (E.g. Corporate Social Responsibility, employee engagement).
• Assist with training administration such as course registration for funded training programs for staff.
• Handle HR administrative duties such as updating of staff information, filing, generating report, researching and reviewing of HR forms.
• Undertake HR projects of interest that can value-add to Human Capital of the company while provide a learning opportunity for interns.

Job Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong in interpersonal skills
• Pleasant, positive, client-centric personality, and a natural at networking with clients and prospects.
• Possesses an innate Sense of Excellence, and is naturally high performance, results-orientated and self-motivated.
• Able to commit for at least 2-3 months.
• For Part Time-Able to commit at least 2-3 days a week.
• Must be a current undergraduate of a local university.
