Transinex was incorporated in 1972 as a full service IATA Travel Agency. The original name of the company was Trans Singapore Express. The company then changed its name to the telex acronym given by its earlier clients
The company’s Singapore Tourist Promotion Board license number is TA087.
In addition, in September 2007, a joint collaboration between Transinex & Singapore Polytechnic gave the start to Spice Travel: this is a travel retail lab that aims to provide on- the-job training and real working experience for the students in the travel agency environment. We focus on assisting students in overseas cultural exchange through Work & Travel or Work & Study programs.

• Able to commence immediately
