Job Description

Admin Assistant (6 Months Contract)


Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to Sales Team
  • Assist in making travel arrangements including flights and hotels
  • Assist on tender preparation and submission
  • Assist to organize event and exhibitions
  • Manage and liaise with design agencies and printer for the production of marketing materials
  • Editorial tasks such as newsletters, website content management to effectively profile and enhance the image of the company
  • Undertake other marketing function-related duties as assigned
  • Updating and maintenance of customer database
  • Attending to incoming calls and walk-in visitors

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least GCE O level/NITEC Certification
  • Possess knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash and Dreamweaver will be an advantage
  • Able to perform under pressure and can work both independently and in a team environment
  • Meticulous, enthusiastic, proactive, well organised and a team player
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter and able to work independently
