The Role:
· Documentation work such as issuing invoice and coordination for the audit schedule & planning.
· Able to manage stock in MS Excel
· Able to communicate with clients
· Filling of documents and reports.
· Handle general admin tasks such as phone calls and e-mails
· Administrative works and documents compilation & filing.
· Handle any administrative or miscellaneous tasks if required
Requirements:
· Minimum 2 years administrative work experience preferred
· Administrative and simple accounting background preferred but not required.
· Proficient in MS Word and Excel
· Able to work independently
· Meticulous, motivated, proactive
· Responsible and willing to learn
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Able to commence work immediately
