Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Events Executive located in Paya Lebar. The Events Executive will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing various music events and programs for corporate clients.
This includes coordinating logistics, liaising with clients, managing budgets, and ensuring the smooth execution of events.
The Events Executive will also collaborate with the music instructors and marketing team to develop and promote new programs.
Qualifications
- Event planning and management skills
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Creativity and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Experience in the music or events industry is a plus
- Diploma/Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field
Upon the internship, there is a opportunity to convert this role into a full time role.
