As a Content & Campaign Marketing Intern at Travix you inspire and guide people through their travel journey by providing them with the right content at the right time. You make campaigns come to life by creating website content, email content and social media content for one of our fastest growing markets: Asia Pacific.
Together with our Asia Pacific Commercial Team (based in Singapore) and global marketing resources you proactively look for innovative and creative ways to reach our target groups. By analyzing the effect of your content & campaigns you drive improvements to make sure our content is visible, relevant and inspirational for our customers. You know what drives the Asian customer and are able to show this in the content you create.
You play a key role in realizing Travix’s ambition of becoming the leading Global Travel Agent. You’ll be working in an international environment based in our Singapore office, cooperating with teams in Amsterdam and California. You will work with the APAC Campaign and Content Manager to deliver creative and engaging content that inspire our customers and guide them to their dream travel plan.
Your challenge
- You research the best travel destinations and write content showing how our customers can make the most of their trip.
- You operate within the content and campaign manager to efficiently create content and campaigns for all regional brands
- You can communicate our brand identity and values to Asia Pacific customers in the content you create.
- You work closely with the Content and Campaign manager to look for ways to improve our SEO rankings, content strategy, emails, and campaigns.
- You align campaigns with the objectives of our partners, creating an inspiring and positive online journey for our customers.
What you bring to the table
- Interest in e-commerce, marketing, and travel
- Language Skills:
- Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin): Excellent speaking & writing
- English: Excellent speaking & writing
- Good understanding of cultures and trends in the region.
- You have a creative streak- both in the way you write and share your ideas
- You have an intuition into what is viral socially and know how to spot social trends
- You have a customer-oriented mindset and the drive to always deliver the best possible user experience.
- You are able to work in a data-driven way and have solid analytical skills.
- Result-driven
- Experience with Google Analytics is a plus.
- Experience in an airline and/or travel industry is a plus.
