DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The intern will work closely with Star360 Human Resources team. The nature of work will entail supporting the team in both process improvements and systems automation implementation for the HR department. Key responsibilities include:
- Assist in analyzing the HR work processes for improvements on HR operations
- Develop a simple program (e-solution) to manage inventory movement and stock control
- Assist to Design and develop the company’s career website
- Other HR related duties as required
REQUIREMENTS
- Course studies (Diploma/Degree) related to or equivalent to Business Information Technology
- Able to commit for a full time 3 month internship from May/June to Jul/Aug 2016
- Able to harness technology to develop solutions and systems
- Detailed-oriented, structured, and organized
- Excellent analytical and numeracy skills
