As part of our expansion plans, we are looking for an Admin Officer to assist the compliance team in their daily operations.
Daily tasks include but are not limited to:
- Prepare daily bank payment advice
- Asisst with preparation of business entity documentation
- Collate information and supporting documents from clients
- Conduct Due diligence checks, corporate filings and reporting
Job Requirements
- High school education; college level preferred
- With 1 year of working experience handling administrative/ customer service work
- Familiar with Microsoft Office with a focus in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Independent, organised with a superior work ethic
- Meticulous and attentive to detail
- Able to multi-task and capable of working under minimal supervision
- Able to communicate in a clear, concise and professional manner both verbally and in writing
- Sound business ethics, including the protection of confidential information
- Fresh graduates will be considered
