Job Responsibilities
- General receptionist duties at the front desk
- Handle incoming and outgoing email correspondences
- Provide general administrative support to management team members
- Attend to general maintenance of facilities and work with external service provider
- Other ad-hoc duties when assigned
Job Requirements
- Minimum of GCE ‘O’ Level and above
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Possess a professional, pro-active and committed attitude
- Able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill
