Job Description

Job Overview

Responsible for supporting the HR Operations in accordance with the strategic business direction for Trusted Services and Temasek Management Services.

Job Responsibilities

·         Managing the full cycle of monthly payroll for clients from end to end processing of personnel, leave, claims and payroll administration.

·         Ensuring accurate salary processing and responsible for the monthly payroll of 500 employees

·         Timely submission of NS claims, all government related grant/subsidies and CPF contribution.

·         Maintaining of employees’ data in the payroll system for remuneration and benefits’ record.

·         Updating and maintaining of YTD and monthly payroll records

·         Updating and maintaining of personnel files

·         Liaising with staff on leave, claim and payroll related queries.

·         Maintaining leave & claim reports.

·         Preparing of reports for both internal and statutory reporting.

·         Assisting in month end consolidation for finance dept.

·         Assisting in reconciliation and payment of payroll

·         Assisting in the filling of annual tax reporting

·         Reconciling payroll related to GL accounts.

·         Identifying gaps in current payroll workflows and continuously seek to streamline

·         Any other duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications

·         Diploma holder or fresh graduate

·         Demonstrated payroll processing experience.

·         Proficient in using HRMS(Prosoft) and excel spreadsheet

·         Excellent written and spoken communication

·         Mature with good interpersonal skills.

·         Attention to detail.

·         Numerical ability and data entry skills.

·         Ability to work to deadlines.

·         Understanding payroll legislation and processes ie. Tax clearance.

·         Ability to interpret payment and statutory benefits.

·         Customer service focus.
