Key Responsibilities :

• Build and execute social media strategy through research, benchmarking, and audience identification.
• Create and implement social media marketing plan, editorial calendar, and scheduling.
• Track and analyze analytics reports to gain insight on traffic, demographics, and effectiveness; utilize this information to positively affect future outcomes.
• Write, develop, and strategize online content production.
• Build meaningful connections and encourage community members through dialog content.
• Create and maintain company social media pages and profiles.
• Collaborate with other team members to manage company reputation, coordinate promotions, and increase reach.
• Assist with crisis management, bad reviews, and negative news communications.

Key Requirements :

• Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
• Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
• Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
• Fast learner and able to work both in a team & independently.
