About the internship
Try & Review is looking for a Digital Marketing Intern to support and execute its digital marketing and CRM strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to grow and learn the fundamentals of a strong digital marketing strategy and build knowledge on all the related tools such as email marketing, SMS and chatapps platforms and Meta Business Ads.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute cross channel marketing campaigns (incl. email, SMS, paid search, and social).
Optimize acquisition & engagement strategies on a daily basis
In the context of our on-going product test campaigns, collaborate with our Campaign Managers to schedule, execute and optimize acquisition campaigns to guarantee the achievement of our clients’ KPIs
Update reports and dashboards to provide real-time, ongoing insights to key internal and external stakeholders.
Paid ads
Set-up and manage user acquisition campaigns on paid channels : FB, Tik Tok & Outbrain
Drive campaigns from planning to execution to maximize conversions and meet key performance metrics
Constantly optimize traffic & acquisition activities to improve ROI & CPA
Monitor budgets and ad spends and notify management of costs increase
Test new channels and trends and monitor competition performance marketing activities
Email, SMS & Chatapps marketing
Execute Try & Review CRM strategy across email, SMS & Chatapps
Suggest opportunities and ideas for optimization and innovation
Be the point of contact for the team for all things related to our CRM tools
Skills:
Degree in Marketing, Technology, Computer Science or Business
High fluency in spoken and written English
A good knowledge and understanding of online/digital business
Possess excellent analytical skills, ability to leverage data analytics to drive actionable insights and recommendations
Good planning skills, organized and process driven
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; mature and engaging personality
Highly result-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Agile mindset: curiosity, adventurous and ready to work in a growing team
Very good command of Google tools (Gmail, Sheets and Slides)
Candidates with e-commerce or digital agency internship experience have an added advantage
Experience with task management tools is a plus (ClickUp, Asana, Monday, Wrike…)
High fluency in spoken and written Tagalog, Cantonese, Bahasa, Thai or Vietnamese is not a requirement but added value.
