Perform full spectrum of Admin & HR function
Support office administration, assisting in procurement and office inventory
Manage petty cash claims daily
Responsible for recruitment, training & development, performance management, employee relations and engagement, work pass application, etc.
Liaise with MOM on employment related issue
Good knowledge of HR function & understanding of local labor laws and legislation
Well organized, multitasking and able to adapt into a fast-paced environment
Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years relevant experience
- Proficiency in MS office applications
- GCE’A’ level or Diploma and above
- Able to multi task and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Good command of written and spoken (both English and Chinese)
- Only Singaporeans and PR need to apply
