Job Description

Job Summary

The incumbent plays a crucial role in supporting the HR Department by carrying out administrative tasks related to all aspects of HR operations as well as ensuring all tasks are executed and maintained in compliance with company policies. 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing support to the department in employee life cycle processes ie. recruitment, onboarding, training & development, retention and exit
  • Input, update and maintain HR database, ensuring accuracy of information 
  • Preparing data or information for payroll processing in a timely manner
  • Processing general administration tasks e.g. leave application, claims and reimbursement

 

Key Requirements

  • Willing to commit for 6 months and preference will be made to those who are able to start work immediately
  • Undergraduates who are seeking internship / temporary work are welcome to apply
  • Must be IT-savvy, familiarity and knowledge in Sharepoint will be an added advantage
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Fast learner with excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
