We have a multi-disciplinary team of skilled professionals dedicated to making human longevity a positive experience through undertaking community-based programmes and eldercare services, training and education, research, advocacy and collaborations.
We are looking for a hands-on Strategic Training and Development Manager to join our team to manage and support employee growth and development in the Foundation. The idea candidate will have experience in fast-paced, dynamic environment and can help scale/ manage the transformation in the area of Training and Organization Development.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programmes.
- Work with HOD to indentify gaps in skills and competencies across the Foundation.
- Provide expertise in planning and executing Training Programmes within the Foundation.
- Collaborate with other HR team members and external partners on HR projects and initiatives.
- Review existing training program offerings; suggest enhancements to improve user learning engagement and knowledge acquisition.
- Source and recommend appropriate programs to meet the changing needs of the Foundation.
- Monitor the utilization of training budget, leverage on available training grants and funding that is available for the Foundation to drive engagement and appropriate spending.
- Review and update in-house HRIS on all Training programmes and executing e-learning programmes.
Qualifications
You may be a good fit for our team if you have:-
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in Organization and Training.
- Experience in a Community Care, social service and Non Profit Organization is be a Plus.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and trends in the area of Training and Development.
- Demonstated past success in planning and executing e-learning Programmes.
- Experience in Organization Development Transformation projects.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software, such as Frontier, recruiterpal.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, and handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
