Context Of The Role
Reporting to the Head of Customer Care, the Customer Care Intern will be required to reorganize the Customer Care internal knowledge base (KB) and liaise with our support agents to ensure the KB meets their day-to-day needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Reorganize the existing internal knowledge base (KB) in Customer Care
- Work with the Customer Care team to understand their objectives and expectations on what is expected from the KB
- Liaise with the existing support personnel to ensure the KB is meeting their needs
- Organize the overall work in a plan with timelines to monitor and assess progress
- Be flexible enough to take on additional work from the Customer Care on an ad-hoc basis, where extra help or assistance is required
What we are looking for
- Must have intermediate to advanced skills in G Suite/MS Office Suite
- Must have at least average attention to detail, logical, numerical and verbal reasoning
- Process-oriented
- Good written and verbal communication
- Technically inclined
- Proven inbound phone and email experience
- Accent neutral, mature sounding voice
- Bachelor Degree / Fresh Graduate in Singapore
