Tuber, a multiple-award-winning creative consultancy since 2007, is seeking a proactive Sales Manager with at least three years of B2B and B2C sales experience to join our team and drive business growth through partnerships and individual enrolments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and engage with institutions of higher learning, private academies, and corporate clients for collaboration on educational programs.
- Client Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with corporate partners, educational institutions, and individual learners to foster long-term partnerships.
- Course Enrolments: Drive enrolments for our continuing education programs focused on communication and soft skills.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate on the development and execution of sales strategies to meet targets and expand Tuber’s reach.
- Event Participation: Attend industry conferences and events to network, identify partnership opportunities, and promote Tuber’s offerings.
- Roadshows & Booths: Organise and participate in roadshows and manage booths at key events to showcase our courses and products, driving awareness and signups.
- Market Insights: Stay up-to-date on trends in the education, professional development, and AI technology sectors to effectively tailor sales approaches.
Requirements:
- At least three years of sales experience, ideally in B2B and B2C environments within institutes of higher learning or private academies focused on communication or soft skills training.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and build strong client relationships.
- Experience attending conferences, running roadshows, or managing booths at industry events.
- Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills.
- Passionate about education and personal development, with the drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with continuing education courses or lifelong learning programmes is an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales platforms is preferred.
