Job Description
Telemarketer Intern (Work From Home)
Responsibilities
- Perform Cold-Calling activity to potential customers to achieve sales target.
- To promote products through phone calls.
- Understanding the needs of the customers and recommend suitable products to them.
- To handle pre-sales and post sales queries.
- To prepare weekly called out & sales activity report.
Requirements
- Studying in Poly Diploma.
- Good Communication and Interpersonal Skill.
- Fluent in English. Ability to speak Mandarin would be a plus (to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers and associates)
- Independent and responsible with positive attitude
- Enthusiastic, passionate about sales and customer services.
- Able to commit to the position for 3-6 months.
