Job Description

The role includes preparing budgets, forecasting, analyzing financial data, and ensuring adherence to group reporting deadlines for financial reporting.


Responsibilities

Accounts

- Handle full set of accounts and finance functions in accordance to statutory requirements, company policies and procedures

- Provide data for budgeting and forecasting activities.

- Account receivable – prepare invoice, statement of accounts and send payment reminder to client.

- Liaise with external parties (including, but not limited to auditors, tax agent, secretary, etc.) and manage the process to ensure adherence and timely submission of the accounts/ returns.

- Prepare general ledger journal entries and bank reconciliation

- Prepare audit schedules and involved in audit preparation.

- Account payable – process payments and verify the supporting documents.


This role require to handle HR & Admin as the accounting transaction volume for this entity is low. Training will be provided for HR function.


HR

- Involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.

- Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.

- Process employee’s payroll according to MOM regulations.

- Facilitate the monthly submission of CPF contributions and the annual filing of IR8A forms.


Admin

- Coordinate hospitality & travel arrangement for our oversea guests.

· Assist in any other work as may be assigned


Job requirement:

· Diploma in Accounting or equivalent

· Able to work independently in meeting deadlines, meticulous and a good team player

· Preferably able to start work immediately or with 1 month notice period


- GP visit and Hospitalisation & Surgery coverage through Great Eastern Insurance
