Job Description

People Growth & Experience (Learning & Development) Intern

You will be an instrumental member of the People team in our Singapore office that delivers a broad spectrum of support to our ASEAN Centre of Excellence for People Growth & Experience to support our realisation of Strategy 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support fulfillment of corporate training plan after annual Learning Needs Analysis (LNA).
  • Support training operations including implementation, registration, evaluation, grants, training bonds, reports and course payments, etc.
  • Support corporate talent and leadership development initiatives to develop new mindset & capabilities to address growth and business transformations.
  • Support follow-up actions post-employee experience survey, including management reporting and initiatives for target audiences

Key Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Management or any other relevant fields.
  • Possess excellent planning and organising abilities with good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with agility and creativity.
  • Keen Interest in Learning, Leadership Development, Talent Management and Employee Experience
