Job Description

Business Development Intern (Academy)

In this role, you will be rendering business and administrative support to the BA Academy Sales and Operations Team in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist and execute Business Development activities including analysis of key customers, sales performance reports and account management.
  • Help to conduct research and analysis on customer trends and market needs to optimize sales activities.
  • Provide support to the sales team in customer engagement and preparation for customer engagement.
  • Work with the team to devise new and differentiated sales strategies to capture new business opportunities.
  • Opportunity to participate in business planning and development of go-to-market strategy.
  • Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.


Key Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Degree/ Diploma in Business Administration or any other relevant fields.
  • Results and service-oriented individual who possesses initiative and good communication skills.
  • A proactive team player but with the ability to work independently in challenging projects and timelines.
  • Enthusiastic and resourceful with a “can-do” attitude.
  • Based in Singapore.
