Business Development (Real Estate) Intern
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct active research, due diligence and analysis on potential business opportunities within the Lift and Escalator industry.
- Assist in corporate business development dealing with the development of growth strategies and the end-to-end evaluation, execution and integration of new business.
- Prepare business reports, financial models and operational processes.
Key Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Operations & Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering or other related fields.
- Results and service-oriented individual who possesses initiative and effective communication skills.
- A proactive team player with the ability to work independently in challenging projects and timelines.
- Enthusiastic and resourceful with a “can-do” attitude.
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills
- Start in November 2024
- Based in Singapore
