Job Description

HR Learning & Development Intern

You will be an instrumental member of the HR team in our Singapore office that delivers a broad spectrum of support to our ASEAN Centre of Excellence for Learning & Development to support our realisation of Strategy 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support in development of corporate training plan, implementing the annual Learning Needs Analysis (LNA), conducting analytics and insights on trends.
  • Provide support in training implementation, training evaluation, grants and funding, training bonds, training reports and course payments, etc.
  • Support the execution of TÜV SÜD competency framework & library across the various HR programs in ASEAN
  • Support corporate talent development initiatives to develop new mindset & capabilities to address growth and business transformations.


Key Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Management or any other relevant fields.
  • Possess excellent planning and organising abilities with good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with agility and creativity.
