Job Description

HR Marketing (Employer Brand) Intern

As the HR Marketing (Employer Brand) Intern, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to showcase our company culture and attract top talent. Your role will be a blend of hands-on marketing activities and creative content creation, focusing on social media posts, employer branding videos, and digital marketing initiatives. You will help drive our employer branding and recruitment marketing activities by telling meaningful and inspiring stories about our people, workspace, and company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the HR and Marketing teams to develop and execute creative ideas and design concepts.
  • Create and manage social media content, including write-ups, posters, and short videos that highlight our employer brand.
  • Produce and edit employer branding videos that capture the essence of our work environment and employee experiences.
  • Draft engaging social media posts and promotional materials for employer branding events and campaigns.
  • Support the HR team with any ad-hoc duties, contributing to the overall marketing and branding efforts of the company.

Key Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Degree in Marketing, Media, Design, Communications, or any related field.
  • Past experience in content creation and video editing will be an added advantage.
  • Result and service-oriented individual who possesses initiative and good communication skills.
  • A proactive team player but with the ability to work independently in challenging projects and timelines.
  • Enthusiastic and resourceful with a “can-do” attitude.
