Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct Industry 4.0 market analysis, research on competition and study of new and emerging technologies, as well as industry adoption.
• Contribute to the training review and audit of Industry 4.0 courses and competency development activities.
• Plan, develop and create marketing initiatives, promotional activities and materials for Industry 4.0 training programmes (e.g. social media, direct mail and web).
Learning Outcomes:
• Learn about the Industry 4.0 technologies (ie. IoT, Blockchain, AI, etc), frameworks and how they impact industrial digital transformation journeys.
• Learn marketing strategies/techniques used to obtain better outreach and lead generation on a global level.
• Exposure to the different emerging technologies and how they support employee knowledge and skill development in the workplace.
• Develop interpersonal skills by interacting with companies' senior executives.
• Identify and relate industry partners challenges and opportunities in relation to digital transformation.
Key Requirements:
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications or relevant fields.
• Results and service-oriented individual who possesses initiative and good communication skills.
• Successful completion of introductory courses in marketing, business, or equivalent.
• Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook etc.).
• Previous experiences with the use of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere Pro) and social media management tools are a plus.
• Prior knowledge in Industry 4.0 or Digital Transformation is a bonus.
• A proactive team player with the ability to work independently on challenging projects and timelines.
• Enthusiastic and resourceful with a can-do attitude.
