Job Description


1. Provide a comprehensive view of customer data, including all current sources and entry points into the CRM and Cargo Wise One systems.

2. Set up deliver timing reports for activities, pipelines, Sales incentive plan reporting based on KPI for salesperson.

3. Support Head of Sales to driving an effective and high performing sales environment by creative reporting support performance and opportunities visibility.

4. Ensure application of the Global Sales Strategy to all customer records in Salesforce and Cargo Wise One systems.

5. Support successful campaign rollouts by providing prospect data, filtered country databases and campaign administration.

6. Carry out regular and detailed data cleansing on all customer data for Singapore.

7. Provide regular reporting to TVS Asianics management on data integrity and customer record management.

8. Act as gatekeepers for sales administration, including new customer set-up, deletion of customer records and ongoing maintenance of all TVS Asianics Group customer data.

9. Perform mapping and cleaning of all legacy sales data to ensure clean record entry into Salesforce.

10. Map integration points between Salesforce and Cargo Wise One systems.

11. Evaluate sales reporting requirements from group countries and work with all stakeholders to define and agree common sales reporting.

12. Implement scheduled sales reporting and provide required ad-hoc reporting support to country sales teams.
