Operations Excellence

• Support development and documentation of Operational Excellence approach across the organization
• Develop standardized processes and benchmarks that can be adopted organization wide
• Support the development of business case for Continuous Improvement (CI) projects
• Participate in CI projects and provide analytical, costing and reporting support based on project milestones
• Work with stakeholders to on CI for systems and processes to improve quality and reduce cost & wastage
• Facilitate workshops for employees and customers for CI and Company promotion
• Facilitate and guide employees as change agents to build and sustain the CI culture
• Gather employee feedback / innovation to identify areas for improvement and translate them into CI projects
• Any other projects as assigned

Quality, Environment, Health and Safety (QEHS)

• Ensure successful recertification of ISO standards such as ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 and other certifications and standards
• Ensure all departments and identified personnel are competent and trained to meet the company’s QEHS objective and that necessary systems and controls are in place
• Conduct QEHS briefing and training
• Support internal and external audit requirements
• Follow on non-conformities and other corrective action to ensure these are resolved and closed out
• Monitor QEHS statistics and support regular tracking & reporting

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics or related fields
• 1 - 2 years’ relevant work experience
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong analytical and reporting skills where knowledge in Power BI and data analytics is advantageous
• Knowledge in project management is advantageous
• Knowledge in costing and budgeting
• A team player who is hands on and able to work independently
• Good communications and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge on ISO, certifications, standards and auditing process
• Lean certification will be advantageous
