Job Description

Job Title: Operations & Customer Service Intern

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily operational tasks including order processing, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via email, phone, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Help streamline internal processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in customer service.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and operations data.
  • Support with data analysis and reporting on customer service metrics.
  • Contribute to special projects to enhance overall customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a polytechnic / degree program in Business, Operations Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Customer-focused attitude with a desire to learn and grow in operations and customer service.
