Type A is looking to hire and train Fresh Graduates and Entry Level applicants, to become Social Media Account Manager. We’re looking for people with the drive to want to learn and carve a career on how to create, manage and execute social media for the brands we work with.
As the link between our team and our brands, you are responsible for making sure that good work gets delivered on time while staying in close communication with the creative team. Throughout this process, you will be guided by our senior team who will show you the ins and outs of what it takes to be a good Social Account Executive.
At Type A, we’re really big on team culture and support so this gig will require you to work well with people and have excellent interpersonal skills. You should also have great communication skills and yes, you will be trained on how to effectively present work to our clients as well.
Everything is a guided step by step process as we progress together to help you hit your own milestones.
Responsibilities
Serve as contact between the client and creative/advertising team
Discusses strategy with clients and help develop and plan social content and campaigns.
Help conceptualise and present creative proposals to clients that helps meet their objectives
Take on and address clients’ feedback and points of view
Deliver completed projects to the client on time
Keep track and report on social media insights and trends (traffic, engagement, shares, conversion rates)
Manage and network with our clients and like-minded brands.
Requirements
Require 2 years of experience .
Hands-on experience and knowledge of using various social media platforms.
Qualifications in a relevant field of study is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and a can do attitude!
