Purpose of the job:
1. Provide administrative and data management support to the Competence Development Dept.
2. Support Retail Development department in some market intelligence or analytic work.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Check existing training material in UD Course library and update the training material in accordance with UD brand guideline.
2. Assist to manage the Training Database and the Learning Management System.
3. Conduct market intelligence on dealer network, assist in collating information for further data analytics in the area of retail development topics.
4. Perform secondary research to collate information on training vendors and retail development topics.
Requirements:
1. Strong administrative skills
2. Structured and analytical mind-set
3. Good communication skills --both written and verbal
4. Willingness to learn
5. A self-starter, highly motivated, 'get-the-job-done' attitude
6. Good knowledge in MS Applications (e.g. M.S. ACCESS, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, WORD)
7. Good knowledge in Microsoft 365 applications - SharePoint, Forms and Power BI/ Analytics tool
8. Literacy in MS 365 software
9. Fluency in English
Education: Undergraduate students or Polytechnic student in Business Studies/ Marketing/ International Business/ Engineering
